Samanta was a Russian internet model from Magnitogorsk (look it up) who posed nude online to finance her college studies. Sweet and smart, she had that "Russian spy" voice that can drive Westerners wild. A great looker but she had a funny nose which I did my best to recreate here.

I started with user creation Sarah and then changed a lot of things except the textures. You may have to hunt for some add-ons in order to get the full picture but she is a delight.
