Ahh yes, true.  I missed that part.

Since I don't currently have a Mac then I can only guess.  As soon as I get another one I'll try to get Sex Sim running on it, but until then I don't really have any help to offer. 

If you're having trouble with the installer then it might help to re-download it and try it again.

I have tried re-downloading Multiple times but yeah, ill just wait and see till the mac version comes out since theres no solution to my problem yet.

All right, sorry about that.  I wish I knew more about Macs so I could help out, but without one here to work with it's difficult to troubleshoot.

I also just last night tried running it in the latest version of Parallels (7) and had not luck. It gets to the "Loading" stage and simply hangs forever.

It might be because of some of the extended features that are in the latest release, but then again it could be something simple.  Can you send me your output log?  If you don't know how, just ask.
