Well I voted Pose Editor / Photo Studio.

My real priority preference though would be for world clothing & the ability to have layers of it.

It was tough for me to choose between the list presented, but I went with "Additional sex positions pack". I have some ideas I would like in rough order of priority.

record video so as to make one own movies/animations/videos
more locations (esp a bedroom)
outfits for the male characters
rough/bondage/spanking/bdsm sex
two guys + one gal
two guys + two gals
more animations/positions
pants/skirts

I think the strongest priorities are 1) new clothing meshes for long pants and skirts, and 2) solo posing and masturbation.  These are less a matter of my personal preferences and more a matter of covering the basics to make sexsim competitive with other sims.  Once those things are in, you've got the fundamentals covered and can expand from there.

Other things I'd personally like to see, in no particular order

more shoe tpyes (more high heel types, flats, cowboy boots),
more hairstyles (pony tails, pig tails seem basic),
additional locations,
anal.

Heres my two cents
