Skin textures?

I like the ability to edit the clothing textures and to modify the physical characteristics of the models. Was wondering though what format the girl textures are? The extension is .sexsim, which oddly enough none of my graphics programs can read   

Is there a way we can edit the skin textures, perhaps by renaming the file in the graphics format they originated in?

I'm interested in it 'cus I really prefer non-hairy girls. But I'm sure people could have fun with tattoos as well....

After I finish this latest update I'll write a full tutorial on how to change skin textures, etc.

I had to add a few more things into the code to make it work properly, and I want to make sure it all works exactly as it should before people start distributing new character textures.
