No - the penis actually disturbs my preferred vision.

Since Im such vagina fetishist I mostly prefer games that allow to hide the male character.
I can imagine that girls would like to do the same with theirs.
So a very neat improvement would be such a option just in the character icons. 

EDIT: I promise to buy at least one addon if this gets going!
