Cap'n and Jak:

What's a good workflow in Photoshop to use photos to match up the uvs?  Do you use liquify tool a lot or just a lot of warping and such....?

Brilliant!  Is there a way we can get a uv sheet?  I'd like to try manipulating some photos and its much easier with actual uvs than trying to match the distortion of the stock textures....

You need to have Ayumi for the hair.  Otherwise, Pixie is a good stand-in.  Didn't do too much, just some bite marks, eye color changes, skin and makeup hue changes, blood, fangs, jewelry, and finally I added some girl goo (or boy goo if you like) to the vag.
