I installed all of the files in the right places and my girl shows up in-game, but she's covered in red and white splotches and none of her features look like they do from the download. I followed the instructions and put them in the right places, but she still doesn't show up right.

I just downloaded and installed the game. I saw that there was free material in the forums and I downloaded a couple things. My question is; How do you add them into the game?
