We haven't had any other reports of this. Are you using the itch downloader tool or just downloading from your downloads page?

Downloaded from the page. The tooltip would say it was installed, but then it gives off that error.

I noticed that the itch install only downloads one file, and it is 6 digits. I take it it's user-identifiable data, so I'm not screencapping it. Itch says the following:

I noticed that renaming the file to the usual setup filename works.

Please fix it on itch!
