Hi I just bought Vanessa an the loving touches pack. The game told me to get the recent patch and I just installed it.  Now I can't play please help. the output log should be attached.

I'm sorry that you're having troubles. 

The error you're getting is sort of a generic one so there's no solid solution other than to download the latest full installer file from the Downloads page and install that.

Please let me know if you still have the problem after that.
