Problem with Loading

Hi everyone. I have a little problem. I can't log in in game. I can log in to the forum or main page but when i type my login and password in game there is loading and loading all the time. I trying turn off firewall and antivirus but it doesn't help.

I don't know english perfect so it could be understandable. But i hope you help me.
