I'm sorry that you're having trouble. I assume you're talking about the user-created add-ons from here in the forum. Let's start with one and see what happens. Pick one of the add-ons you're trying to use and let me know which one it is. Now run the sim and take a screen shot of the problem, then post it here. I'll see if I can figure out what's happening. Make sure you have the "use folder names" option checked in Winzip by the way as it will make a difference.
