What is so arousing about this game is the fact that it feels like it's just two people having a genuinely intimate experience. Not hearing "Fuck that pussy" and "Oh fuck, oh fuck" every 5 seconds makes such a massive difference for me (in more ways than one!  ) I personally love the "couply" feel that SexSim has. The girl moans like she is truly enjoying every minute of it, as opposed to sounding like a cheap hooker, and the man is in a similar ballpark.

First, thank you for the very kind words, matthewman93, we're very glad you like the sim.

When it comes to voices, one of the main things my wife and I don't like in 3d sex is exactly what you mentioned.  Voices many times tend to come off as being totally out of place.  For instance, the characters are doing it cowgirl style and the girl keeps saying "lick my pussy" over and over, which just comes across as strange given the current circumstances.  It's also very difficult to get enough variety of voice in there before it starts sounding repetitive.  The brain is much more likely to pick up on repetitive words than moaning sounds.  To my wife and I, sound is one of the most erotic parts of sex.  I can put on a porn movie, turn off the monitor, and still get incredibly excited.  It was important for us to make the audio as sexy as we could in Sex Sim, so again we're happy that you like it.

With that said, I do understand that a lot of people (myself included) would like to hear some voices every now and then, and I like your idea of having a sort of "voice attitude" setting.  That would let everyone set things to the level they are most turned on by, and I think it would work well.  I'll add something like that to the very long to-do list I have going.  No idea when I will be able to implement it, but I'll definitely keep it in mind.

Hey there. Brand spanking newbie on the block. I just installed and ran the game for the first time and I'm REALLY impressed by the graphics quality. Great work! However, coming to this straight from having played (the VERY graphically inferior) 3D Sex Villa 2, there are a couple of things that hit me right off the bat:

1. The base game seems extremely limited. You advertise that it's free, but about 5-10 minutes into the game, you've exhausted every option and need to start spending money to make it interesting. There are only two guys and two girls to begin with and apart from their clothes, you can't change them in any way. Not even the girls hair or make up. I appreciate the fact that something like this takes a whole lot of effort and you're not going to do it all for free, but come on... Seems a little stingy to me and it doesn't much make me want to empty out my bank account straight away.

2. Continuing down the path of not being able to edit the charachters very much, I'd personally like to see an editor much like Create-a-Sim in The Sims 3 with sliders and stuff or (as a bad second choise as it wasn't all that great) something like what they did in 3D Sex Villa 2. A choise of 6-8 hairstyles, some eyebrows, the ability to make changes to the body (fatter/thiner, larger/smaller breasts, wider/narrower hips, bigger/smaller butt, different skin and eyecolor etc.) would go a long way toward making me want to buy more stuff.

3. More positions, especially adding a couple of solo girl poses would also go a long way. As would a couple of toys and the ability to interact directly with the characters instead of "just watching a movie" where I direct them where to go and what to do to each other. One of my favorite things about 3D Sex Villa 2 is my option to completely leave out the guy and toy the girl to orgasm myself.

4. I was also pretty bummed to find out that simple oral sex is something you have to buy as an add-on. I get that the more exotic poses on that account (69, girl upside down on the couch, lifting the girl etc.) should be extras, but a simple BJ with a standing or sitting guy and a girl on her knees or the guy eating out the girl on the couch?! Really?

5. Girl/girl, guy/guy and anal should SO be part of the base game! I'm not gay, but a lot of people are and not giving them the option to live out their fantasies on the same terms as us straight people just seems wrong. Besides that, I'd just like the option to go girl/girl because come on... What straight guy wouldn't? 
I was thinking that maybe anal could be an add-on (after all, all the new porn stars hold out on that for as long as they can to sell movies as well), but that would kinda limit how much fun gay guys could have with this so maybe not...

I know I sound like I'm just complaining here, but that's not my goal. I REALLY like where this game is headed. As I've said more than once, it's graphically impressive and it would be sad to see it die because the gameplay can't live up to that of inferior products. If you took the graphics, sounds, characters and clothes from Sex Sim, some of the mentioned gameplay from 3D Sex Villa 2, made a Sex Sim version of The Sims 3's Create-a-Sim and threw in a few more clothing options like some shoes and put it all in the base game, I'd have a game that I'd love for about a month and then not just want, but NEED to buy add-ons for to keep fun and interesting.

Jak makes a very good point, a lot of the value of the free version of the Sim is in the ease-of-use, no ads or anything, just let you have fun at your own pace, the only pressure to get more is your own choice.

I'd suggest - buy something! Most of what you want may be in the addons, but they are very good value - I'd suggest the breast shaper, hair customiser, and maybe one of the girls to start with, maybe Tiffany for the different body type, or whatever's on deal-of-the-day (another great-value feature!), and hey, that's only $15, and that a one-off payment, no long-term subscription, no hidden charges or spam.

Also, the way the addons work with one another, you can get most of the features you mentioned by combining some of the features. For instance, rather than make a specific 'girl solo pose' pack, the 'View Changer' and 'Sex Variety' packs together will allow you to remove the guy, then have the girl finger herself, or any combination of those. Also, with a selection of girls owned, you can customise up from their component parts and hairstyles quite a range of features, even more with the slidery customiser addon coming soon!

Well,whilst Jak isn't intending to make a fortune out of this, it is only right he get some remuneration for all his efforts via the shop upgrades.

Think of the freebie bit as a taster.
There is a lot more functionality in this for free than there is from Thrixx!
If you are baulking at the price, take a look at the Deal for the Day.
That is always at a bargain price.
That too is substantially more than Thrixx do!

I'm not saying that anyone else is doing it better. I'm just saying that with what I've seen so far, YOU could do it better and put yourself miles ahead of everyone else. You've already done that on the graphics side and all I'm asking is that you toss in a taste of some of the other stuff as well.  Trust me. If you throw in a taste of what people can have in terms of clothes for instance, putting in 3 or 4 pairs of shoes, a couple pair of stockings and the ability to change a few hairstyles and bodyshapes without giving it all away at once, people WILL buy more. Show off what you've got other than graphics.

The Transformers movies had great graphics as well, but I don't think I'd have paid to see the sequel if the first one had just been two really well made robots alternating between taking turns bonking each other on the head and transforming into whatever their disguise is for 90 minutes.

You asked for suggestions and you got some. I know that I could've gone about it more gingerly, but I'm not that kind of person. Whether or not you do anything with those suggestions is, of course, entirely up to you. Just keep in mind that I wrote this entirely on a first impression. My guess is that there have been and will be a lot of potential customers that uninstall this game after an hour for these very reasons without you ever knowing about it, because they won't take the time to tell you why. I'm not THAT kind of person either.

Do whatever you want with this. Take the advise or not. Get creative with it. Get defensive about it. Get mad. Ignore it. As long as you know that it was never my intent to put down you or your work. I just saw something awesome with potential for greatness that I thought lacked a few things to get it there and tried to help it along.

A way to make your own poses would be nice. There must be a way for you to make new poses and if users were allowed to do this in a reasonably easy manner it would allow you (Jak) to concetrate on improving other parts of the "game".

Do the characters have somekind of a skeleton you can control and maybe animate? Of course I understand that it's not just "click, click" to make such a tool, but it would be nice. I've seen it in some other 3D sexgame(s). I'd be willing to pay for this ability and support your effort.

Anyway. At this point new locations and forexample the ability to have your model wear jeans that go down to ankle lenght would be steps forward. One or two persons can do only so much  .

Not sure how appropriate the below is, but Jak is welcome to move this.

Unlike JoeSimpossible, I played this game first then tried ThriXXX's games. I was immediately disappointed.

• I had to pay to uncensor it.
• I had to pay to do pretty much anything.
• I only had two ladies and one man.
• I could only choose one sex position for guy+gal, gal+gal, or all three.
• It had inferior graphics.
• The UI was less straightforward.

Oh! And it was so lame how all their games were really the same game >.> . I just intended to share a first opinion of someone that went the opposite way. Try out some of the user created content posted on this forum. It did not take me too long to figure out how it worked. For example, take a look at the xml files in Notepad. Plus Jak does a great job being open on how to modify the clothes, ladies, and make new ones!

Well. ThriXXX is making lots of money with their game(I guess). Everything costs money and basically it's understandable.
But. For average users it's kinda annoying. I just counted that if I wanted most of the things I needed to "play" the game with all user creations and add-ons, I would have to spend about 250€ to make it happen. That's pretty expensive. 3DSV  has been around for a while now and it would be good if they gave some of the features for free at this point, but no.
It is business, but you should not rip users off. "Free download" and all you get is black "blockers" and even the user community costs money... Bulls**t!
