I have a problem with the characters have with winzip for example f-Mei_ling extracted to C: \ sim sex / runtime / user_created / but it still does not know what to do this happened when I Charackter selections

Make sure when you unzip the files that you have WinZip set to "Use Folder Names" when extracting.  Otherwise the files go to the wrong places.

I have the xml file in the folder Charackter the png images extracted in the thumbs folder and the texture in the texture folder png. Did this over and over again is always trying to make yourself out

Does this happen with other custom characters or only with that one?

I'm not sure what's going on with that.  You may want to try a different extraction program, maybe WinRar?  If you want to send me your latest output_log file (please send via private message) then I will look and see if there is any info in there that will help solve the problem.

Please use one of the characters that is causing trouble and send me the output_log from that session.  The one you sent is from a session with Robyn so no problem is showing in the output log.

Are you sure you have the characters that have the hair the characters you're trying need?  For instance, some user made characters need Ulani's hair.  If you don't have Ulani then you won't have that hair, and the character will end up bald.

I am having some trouble with Kimnai too. I bought Tiffany just to get the right hair for Kimnai but I cannot load Kimnai at all. All the files are in the right location but an empty screen shows up when I select Kimnai. Her picture shows up okay in the selection page, just not her avatar. If I click 'go', Tiffany shows up instead.

I've tried reinstalling twice and multiple restarts.
