Couldn't connect

Can somebody help me please? The game won't connect at all. I've installed it in proper path and the internet connection runs fine. Been doing it over and over again, it's frustrating. I've submitted a ticket but no answer whatsoever. Duh....

I am having no problems maybe their server was down try again if still nothing then uninstall and reinstall it maybe a file got corrupted
