New update run bad

Hi everybody.I downloaded the las version yesterday (v1.9) with camp trip but when i use that place i get a message that says: oops!The game is crashed.And the game runs slowly too.Can somebody help me?

Have you tried going into settings and clicking the box that says "Camping Trip Performance Tweak"? Try that, see if it helps. If not, please submit a ticket at the help desk with your output log attached. To learn how to do that, go here.

Hi again.I have a matter with camp trip place yet.I've uninstalled the game and installed again and the game ran perfectly.But when i've choice camp trip the game has crashed again.And now every time i try to play i can hear in the main menu birds( the camp trip's sound) and the game don't run.
When i try change the place appear(oops!) and the game don't let me play more.
I've investigate and i have seen that isn't the archive lvl_*****.sexsim of camp trip.The rest of places are all.
Help me please.Thanks.

Delete the "sexsim.ini" file from your "C:\Sex Sim\Runtime\" folder, then run the game. Before choosing a place, go to the settings menu and find the box marked "Camping Trip Performance Tweak." Check that box and then hit OK. Now, try to choose the Camping Trip level.If it still doesn't work for you, you'll have to submit a ticket at the help desk with your output log as I outlined above.

I purchased the package, went straight into settings and click the make camping better and it plays perfectly! Very coool update, thanks Giselle!!

I can not find the option you tell me in the settingsC.The only option i can find is
"improve camping trip performance level" (in misc).When i choose that option nothing happens.Still going as before.
I think im going to submit a ticket because i bought an add that i can't use.

Could you tell me where i find "camping trip performance tweak"?

Yes, that is the one to check. Please submit a ticket to the Help Desk and I'll get you sorted out there. I might have to release a patch for the people having trouble with the level. I think it has to do with the computers not being quite up to the minimum specs, which up until now has never been a problem, but who knows! I'll figure it out for you though.
