I am wondering if anyone in the community could help or give me some ideas. I notice that a lot of community characters I download try to replace existing character files on installing them and I am assuming they started from original characters when they were modded. I also assume a simple renaming of the files and folder structure of the new characters would would prevent this from occurring so my question is, if my assumptions are right, are there any quick,easy, and preferably free tools out there that others in the community have used to tackle this problem?
I apologize if this has been asked before, the nature of my work keeps me very busy for long hours, 6 days a week and I have little time to delve into the forums like I would like to. I did do a quick search and could not find anything so any help would be much appreciated.
