Yes, apparently Avast is coming up with a false positive result for the installer for some reason. I'm not sure why but a Google search shows that SexSim isn't the only site\game affected by this. :(

The main thing that changed in this build was a fix for the bug that was causing the penis to disappear in some poses. All other changes were very minor and just speed-ups, etc.

one thing that seems to be new is colored cum. this seems to only work with characters who have had their skin tone modified in the editor and/or Pronzilla's mutator. its pretty cool with some of the fantasy characters , however the tan to brown cum on some of the black girls is iffy . .
