I have played around a lot with all the editors, but one thing I would like to do is change the nipple placement on the models. Is this done with the bump maps? i see the area to add a custom spec map but im not sure what a spec map is.

It's done with a combination of texture maps, but there is a little bump in the model itself where the nipple is, so if you're wanting to totally move it to another area then you can but the little bump will still be there.
