GIMP Issue

I am using GIMP and can not get the textures to save in a way that I can put them on a model.  Can anyone walk me through what the settings need to be when I create and save a texture?

It might help if you walk us through how you are saving textures, and then someone may notice something weird in the chain.

What format are you exporting to? Where are you saving them to? How are you trying to apply them to a model?

I am trying to apply them to a model and I am using the character editor.  When I go into the character editor and edit the texture I know I am picking the correct file and then the model just shows up white and unusable.

Try saving the texture as JPG instead of PNG. Does that work?
